I. Introduction
The primary energy of a traditional capacitor charge power supply (CCPS) system is provided by the grid. These power supplies have their advantages, but they can no longer meet the requirements of mobile supplies [1]. Recently, the rotating electrical machine has been proved to be a feasible pulse power supply and successfully applied in laser flash lamps, electromagnetic rail guns, and other devices [2]. A new type of pulse-CCPS system with a high-voltage generator-homopolar inductor alternator (HIA) has been researched [3], [4], and the design of the HIA is figured out [5], [6].
