It also changes the transmission channel of public opinions, and has become an important platform for social issues discussion and enterprise brand demonstration. [2] It has been known and recognized by more and more people that designing a good MBPOI and establishing corresponding monitoring and analysis system are both significantly important for effective controlling and managing opinion in micro-blogs as well as personal reputation, enterprise image and social security.
