1. Introduction
Cyber-bullying is a fast growing trend that experts believe is more harmful than typical schoolyard bullying. Nearly all of us can be contacted via the Internet or our mobile phones. Victims can be reached anytime and anyplace, for many children, home is no longer a refuge from the bullies. A review of this topic included: The cultural aspect of this kind of bullying and the less respect to other people (Slonje & Smith., 2008); the factors which influence in this king of bullying and the consequences of this behavior (Hinduja & Patchin, 2008a) and finally the devastation effects of this behavior including suicide (Hinduja & Patchin, 2010) with all these literature reviewed we determine that: “Children can escape threats and abuse in the classroom, only to find text messages and emails from the same tormentors when they arrive home”. Social networking websites such as Orkut, MySpace, Hi5, Facebook and video sharing sites like Y ouTube are used to do bullying by internet.
