I. Introduction
The aluminum foil measurement was an effective method adapting for ultrasonic cleaning device parameters. The ultrasonic cleaning had the characteristics of high cleanliness and rapid cleaning speed. The ultrasonic cleaning machine had unique cleaning effects that other cleaning methods couldn't reach especially for blind holes and various objects with complex geometric shape [1] – [4] However, different cleaning objects and different application situations had different requirements for the properties of ultrasonic cleaning machine [5] – [6]. In many situations, the performance parameters of the ultrasonic cleaning machine couldn't be verified by the practical application object. In the engineering it was required to search some scientific alternative methods to verify whether the performance parameters of the ultrasonic cleaning machine was reasonable.
