Time-domain analysis and research on blasting vibration signals based on Fourier transform

The blasting earthquake waves characteristics is studied by the Fourier transform in this paper, the energy distribution of blasting vibration signals with short-time and non-stationary characteristics is analyzed by short-time Fourier transform. According to time-frequency properties of Fourier transform, the blasting vibration time signal is scanned with stratified reconstruction signal, the relative energy distribution of blasting vibration and time variation law of the vibration intensity with different frequencies are obtaapined by these signals. The measured results of blasting vibration signal show that the analysis of energy distribution characteristics based on Fourier transform can accurately gives the information of blasting vibration signal. The results provide much more feasible and efficient way of analyzing the structural security of blasting vibration.

I. Introduction

Blasting vibration signal analysis is the base of studing blasting vibration control, also the premise of controlling blasting vibration. The main features of the signal can be extracted by analyzing and processing original signal. Fast Fourier transform (FFT) is a traditional classical signal analysis method, short-time Fourier transform (STET) is a time domain localization method which is prerequisite of FFT, wavelet transform is an emerging time-frequency analysis method developed in 1980s later, they're used better the domain of analyzing blasting vibration signal, the wavelet analysis is one of the hotspots.
