1. Introduction
Nowadays, monitoring mode to the data and state information of RFID reader in RFID systems can be divided into two kinds: one is connecting with special network to complete data and configuration real-time synchronization, the other is recording first and then uploading to complete non-real-time synchronization [1]. However, the former does not apply to mobile environment while the latter has great shortcomings: it cannot monitor system in real time and achieve loss reporting of user card in a short time; when reader configuration information is modified maliciously or built-in software failure, the remote system cannot be aware of it and so on. With RFID system extensively used, such risks have become worthy of attention, so it is increasingly hurry that making the best use of existing resources to complete remote configuration updates, state monitoring, software upgrades and other needs for mobile RFID reader. CPE WAN Network Management Protocol(TR — 069) considered as a mature protocol, in management terminal aspect, has a perfect system, but it is mainly used in configuration and management to terminals as gateway [2], [3] and there is no mature research or application, which uses TR-069 to complete RFID mobile reader terminal remote management automatically.
