Abstract:

The risk assessment is an important means to obtain the status of system security and an important basis to develop security solutions as well. For there are a lot of uncertainty in the index value of the risk factors, using the improved fuzzy AHP system model to carry out analysis and evaluation combined qualitative and quantitative, achieving the index quantified for system security risk factors, and selecting the ship integrated navigation system as the study examples to validate. The analysis shows that it is a practical method to certain extent.

I. INTRODUCTION

Risk is a potential possibility, it is a damage of an asset or a group of assets, which is caused by a certain threat using system vulnerability, so that risk The risk causes the system damage by direct or indirect. Risk assessment is one method to determine the likelihood and severity of accidents and risk, using the principles and methods of the systems engineering to identify and analyze the hazard factors existing in the systems [1]. It is widespread utilized in many domains' decision-analyzing, in risk assessment; due to the complexity of the system, there exits a large number of safety factors and fuzzy factors [2]. So it has certain fuzziness and is a multi-factor overall assessment problem which could not be accurately assessed with a general quantitative evaluation method. The fuzzy AHP is a comprehensive evaluation method combined with fuzzy synthesis judgment and the hierarchy analysis, which are mainly used to make the fuzzy qualitative evaluation of the hierarchical model and to make the qualitative question quantifying, with the aim of carrying on the unified and standard quantitative treatment. This article selects the ship integrated navigation system as the object of study, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to assess the security evaluation of the system and trying every effort to transform the qualitative factors into quantitative analysis and to make the evaluation result more objective and accurate.
