I. Introduction
In what we research, events having the character of dynamic fuzzy exist extensively. Such as in knowledge system “It becomes more and more dark.” where the words of become and dark embody the character of dynamic and fuzzy respectively. There have been many mature tools to solve the dynamic problems, such as Markov, Process Algebra, Bayesian Brief Network, Neural Networks etc. In respect of fuzzy problems there have been Fuzzy Mathematics, Rough Sets, Random Theory etc. However, as far as dynamic fuzzy problems are concerned, there have been few tools only including the fundamental conception of dynamic fuzzy sets defined from time-vary by Wang Guang-yuan and a series of achievements of dynamic fuzzy sets made in further extensive view by Li Fan-zhang. The logic research of dynamic fuzzy problems began from the research group led by Li Fan-zhang. The group has made a series of basic achievements in the past ten years, such as the system theory of dynamic fuzzy logic (DFL) and it's applications in machine learning, multi agent and problem solving that were introduced in reference [1]. With the aim of further expanding the applications of DFL, it is necessary to provide software, that is, to research and design a programming language which can cope with dynamic fuzzy problems. In reference [2], the principium of dynamic fuzzy data programming language has been proposed. Based on above research this paper gives the frame of dynamic fuzzy logic (DFL) programming language in terms of the syntax and semantics.
