I. Introduction
Chaos is a natural phenomenon which occurs almost everywhere. The basic characteristics of chaos are the high sensitivity to initial condition, the random change and unpredictability for long-time behavior. Although the chaos has no regular ostensibly, there is orderly essential characteristic hidden behind it. We still hope that we can control chaos by some means so that certain unstable periodic orbit of the system can be controlled stably or be kept on equilibrium state expected. After OGY[1] was presented last century, the chaos synchronization and chaos control theory obtained unification and chaos theory is in rapid development. The controlling method and implementation of the system for some unstable periodic orbit attracted the attention of many experts and scholars.
