System Analysis on Transformation of Achievements of Science and Technology Based on System Dynamics

Transformation of Achievements of Science and Technology is a complicated system, and it plays an important role in constructing and realizing innovative country system. Based on analyzing transformation system of Achievements of Science and Technology, its transformation mechanism was decrypted and its characteristics were discussed.

1. Introduction

Scientific and technological achievements of mankind are in the processes of research on science and technology and production practices, they are achievements and results which are got through creative labor provided with deepening understanding as well as function of transforming the objective world. Their main characteristics can be summarized as: First, getting them through a series of scientific research activities like study, research and development, testing and observation; Second, they are creative, advanced and practical; Third, they are social recognition or practice test through identification, acceptance, appraisal assessment or publication. In China, there are three sorts in scientific and technological achievements, they are theoretical achievements, application results and achievements of soft science.^[1]
