I. INTRODUCTION
Gangue is solid waste generated during the process of coal production and processing. The gangue output is about 8% of coal production. Gangue dumps as hill, which not only occupies the cultivated land, but also pollutes the environment[1],[2] Coal gangue brick tunnel kiln use sintering heat generated by self-combustion of gangue into a brick, and do not need heat from the outside world [3]. One part of heat generated from self-combustion of gangue brick is used for their sintering into a brick, but the other part of heat cause very high flue gas temperature. The brick temperature is still high after combustion. Heat within the flue gas and within the brick after combustion is called waste heat of gangue brick in tunnel kiln. If this waste heat emit into the atmosphere it will be not only a huge waste of energy but also pollute the environment. In order to achieve the integrated effect of energy savings and emissions-reduction, coal gangue brick tunnel kiln of Chun Xin Chu Coal Mine use high-temperature flue gas to dehumidify bricks. Waste heat of brick will be used to generate high temperature steam. Waste heat recovery technology of coal gangue brick tunnel kiln achieve the maximize use of resources and minimize pollution. Therefore, it has great theoretical significance to study coal gangue brick tunnel kiln gas flow and temperature distribution comprehensively, and to optimize the tunnel kiln of coal gangue brick tunnel kiln layout to improve waste heat utilization.
