I. INTRODUCTION
Independent Power-supply System[1]–[2] (IPSS) is a kind of completely independent power system which owns itself network and is separated from the industrial power network. The complex moving devices system such as airplanes, automobiles, warships, armored vehicles and so on, which cannot be connected with the industrial power network, must be equipped with IPSS. The supply quality, reliability, maintainability, testability and overall life-cycle cost of power system have now aroused much concern along with the growing increase in electrical devices, electronic control units and electric equipment. Further more, since Prognostics and Health Management[3] (PHM) technology has gradually become an important part in the development of complex system, the study of PHM technology for complex moving devices system including its all subsystems are being carried out, while researches on PHM for IPSS are still at the fledgling stage. Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation (HILS) system of IPSS is a method of theoretical studies and verification, which requires a large amount of money and a longer construction time. Therefore, it is possible to develop simulation platform as an important means and a necessary supplement along with HILS system.
