1 Introduction
Distribution network planning is a huge project involving wide range and large volume of data. Distribution network planning needs to collect a large number of grid historical data and urban development-related data, also needs to have an in-depth understanding of the status quo power grid and have a more comprehensive understanding of the future development of the city. At present, network planning is still using artificial methods of calculation, not only laborious and time-consuming but also difficult to grasp the accuracy of the data processing. Totally depending on the experience of artificial planning for the future of the electricity network cannot meet the requirements of modern network planning, in view of this, we research and develop “compute decision-making support system for power distribution network planning based on GIS”.
