Abstract:

Power supply reliability is the comprehensively reflection of power supply ability to customers and the real embodiment of operation management level. Power supply reliability management involves planning, designing, building, operation and maintenance management etc. In recent years Guangzhou power supply bureau starts the work to improve power supply reliability. According to the practical situation, in this paper, the statistical analysis of power supply reliability indexes at present and the existing problems are analyzed; supply reliability statistical indexes are studied and confirmed; the supply reliability statistical index analysis system is developed, which forms a comprehensive analysis and evaluation platform for the power supply reliability management. According to the analysis of power supply reliability indexes, relevant measures to improve power supply reliability are proposed in the following aspects: planning and construction, production and operation and professional management etc. The strategic target to improve power supply reliability is determined and disused in this paper, which has theoretical significance and practical engineering value.

Power supply reliability reflects the capability of each link of power system such as generation, transmission, transformation and distribution to the consumers, which is concentrated reflection of system structure and Operation Characteristics, is comprehensively reflection of power supply capability of main network and distribution network of each production link of power supply system to consumers, is the real embody of operation management. Power supply reliability management is of whole process and Omni directional management, which is a systematic project involved planning, design, building, operation, maintenance management and so on, and which is closely related to the each link of network such as planning, design, dispatching, operation, Inspection and Repair, maintenance and so on, and which involves each department of operation management of network and each management department. Each link of electricity power network production will bring a distinct effect to the power supply reliability.
