I. Introduction
Quality of Service (QoS) refers to the capability of a network to provide better service to selected network traffic over various technologies, including Frame Relay, Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM). With the development of internet, mobile networks and high-performance networking technology, QoS multicast routing has become a very important research issue in the areas of networks and distributed systems[1]. Currently, many people focus their study on how to select their services according to their QoS in order to make the composite service meet users' constraints and exhibit better runtime quality.
