I. Introduction
At present, the tendency of system modeling and simulation technology is developing towards networkitization, virtualization, intelligentization, collaboratization and pervasivization[1]. The networkitized M&S technology is one of the studying hotspots existing in current M&S community. Outlining the development process of networkitized M&S, We can draw the conclusion that the technology connotation and application mode for networkitized M&S are always continuously extended and enriched with the development of network technology. The development process of networkitized M&S includes several typical development phases [2], such as DIS, ALSP and HLA [3]. Meanwhile, the combination of network technology (such as Internet, Web Service and Grid computing[4]), computer technology (such as HPC, virtualization) and HLA technology promote the generation and development of XMSF[5] technology and simulation grid technology. By using common technology, standard and open system architecture, it promotes the interoperability and reusability in the more range (especially including C4I system), overcomes the shortcomings existing in traditional HLA application (especially the limitation in the dynamic sharing, autonomy, fault tolerant and collaboration of simulation resource and the security application mechanism) [6].
