Abstract:
Closed-loop optimal control of a nonquadratic Bolza problem for linear distributed parameter systems is given by a nonlinear real-time state feedback. The feedback operator is a normal solution of an associated quasi-Riccati equation and can be given by solution of a nonlinear integral equation.
