Abstract:
A multiple input differential amplifier using multiple control gate Floating-Gate MOSFETs as input transistors is presented. A model for the multiple control gate Floating-Gate MOSFET is developed. Potential applications of the amplifier for analog computation are discussed. The chip was fabricated in a standard double-poly CMOS process. UV light is used to remove charge from the floating gate which causes an offset.<>
