Abstract:

This paper introduces a new buck type push-pull Zero Voltage Switching Quasi Resonant Converter (ZVS-QRC) in continuous conduction mode. Theoretical analysis and design methodology for a 100W, 25 kHz laboratory prototype push-pull ZVS-QRC are discussed in this paper. The simulation and experimental results are also presented. The proposed converter is suitable for aerospace applications.
