Problems of Empirical Inference have been discussed for more than two thousand years. However, these discussions remained pure speculations until very recently, when computers became’ commonplace and computer learning took economic importance, Now problems of Empirical Inference are part of Natural Science where any new theory must be checked in experimental studies.
