Abstract:

As the global energy structure undergoes transformation and the reform of the power market deepens, in the face of the continuous expansion of the power grid scale and the increasingly complex structure, the construction of the technical supervision and management system for the power grid becomes particularly crucial for ensuring the safety of the power grid. This paper first analyzes the current challenges faced by technical supervision of the power grid, including rapid technological updates, variable operating conditions, and increasing pressure on safety management. Based on this, it elaborates in detail the construction principles of the technical supervision and management system for the power grid, including key elements such as scientificity, systematicity, operability, and continuous improvement. Further, this paper constructs the core framework of the technical supervision and management system for the power grid. In terms of practical application, by combining specific cases, this paper analyzes the practical effects of the technical supervision and management system for the power grid in enhancing the safety and stability of the power grid, optimizing resource allocation, and reducing operating costs. Through the continuous improvement and optimization of the technical supervision and management system for the power grid, it will provide a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the sustainable development of the power industry. The research results of this paper not only offer theoretical guidance and practical experience for the construction of the technical supervision and management system for the power grid but also provide beneficial references and lessons for the construction of technical supervision and management systems in other industries.

I. Introduction

Grid technical supervision refers to, throughout the entire process of power planning, design, construction, generation, supply, and consumption, centering on safety and quality, in accordance with relevant national and industrial standards and regulations, and by adopting effective testing and management approaches, the monitoring and control of the health level of power equipment and important parameters, performances, and indicators related to safe, quality, and economic operation, in order to ensure its safe, high-quality, and economic operation [1].
