Abstract:

Numerical control power turret is particularly important in the development of the manufacturing industry, directly affecting the reliability and processing efficiency of numerical control machine tools. However, domestic products mostly occupy the low-end market in the industry. This design aims to improve the reliability and processing efficiency of the numerical control power turret, using a cylindrical cam indexing mechanism and hydraulic drive instead of the traditional worm gear indexing mechanism and electric drive, and at the same time completing the design of the transmission, positioning device, support device and the selection of the driving motor. The purpose of improving the reliability and processing efficiency of the numerical control power turret has been achieved.

I. Introduction

Numerical control power turret has an important influence on processing efficiency and quality, and its reliability directly affects the reliability level of the whole machine tool. This turret has the characteristics of quick tool change, high precision, high efficiency and stability. At the same time, a series of advanced accessories are adopted, such as the end tooth indexing mechanism, which makes the cutting of the processed workpiece more fine. The AC servo motor and binary absolute encoder realize fully digital control, improving the degree of automation and control accuracy. It can make the turret of the turning center have higher stability, precision and efficiency. In this design, hydraulic drive and cylindrical cam indexing mechanism are adopted to realize the function of power turret and cutter head indexing and indexing rotation, so as to achieve higher reliability.
