I. Introduction
With the growing demand for global communications, the integration of low-Earth-orbit optical satellite networks (LEO-OSN) with existing terrestrial networks can significantly extend the communication coverage of 6G networks [1]. Due to the high dynamics of LEO satellite nodes, how to realize the addressing and routing of large-scale constellations is the key problem faced nowadays. The routing problem of LEO-OSN involves how to transmit data efficiently between these high-speed moving satellites and with ground stations, which have been studied wildly [2].
