I. Introduction
The RF filter is a critical component in wireless communication systems. It functions to pass the required band and reduce interference on both transmitted and received frequency. Especially, the RF waveguide filter has a metal cavity structure inside. This structure has the characteristic of minimizing insertion loss in the high frequency band. However, due to tolerances and material property variations, this structure can't satisfy the desired performance even with precise manufacturing processes. Therefore, post- manufacturing tuning process is necessary.
