I. Introduction
Electrical energy is included in the primary needs that also play a role in supporting production activities for industrial consumers and supporting consumer activities in the household environment. In the electricity system, electrical energy is generated by generators that work around the clock without stopping with electrical loads that change at any time. Changes in this electrical load must occur because they refer to changes in electricity consumption. PT PLN recorded that electricity consumption in East Java increased by 30.17% or %.863 MW. The increase in electricity load consumption must be balanced by the output power of the generating system. Adjustment between the output power of the generating system and the electrical load is needed so that the electrical system remains stable.
