I. Introduction
With the application of dedicated wireless short-range communication technology (DSRC) in internet of vehicles (IoVs) [1], many vehicles equipped with on-board units (OBUs) in IoVs can communicate with each others or roadside units (RSUs) through the models of vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I). At the same time, the development of cellular network technology and the large-scale application of 5G technology have built the foundation for low-latency, highly reliable internet of vehicles communications [2], which enables the internet of vehicles to process the data collected by mobile vehicles so as to support a variety of transportation services.
