Research on the regional integrated energy optimization operation of CCS and hydrogen energy utilization system under stepped carbon trading

Driven by the national dual-carbon policy, the goal of reducing carbon emissions has become the main task facing us now. First of all, combined with the integrated demand response strategy, the model considers the carbon capture system combined with the hydrogen energy utilization system as the main framework of clean and low-carbon technology. At the same time, in order to improve the low-carbon nature, an appropriate proportion of hydrogen is blended into the fuel of combined heat and power units and gas boilers. Secondly, in order to reasonably meet the requirements of reducing carbon emissions, the fixed carbon emission coefficients in the actual carbon emission model take into account the effects of the unit load rate and the fuel hydrogen doping rate, and the dynamic carbon emission coefficient model is constructed based on the entropy weighting method, which can be used to account for the carbon emissions more accurately. Finally, the simulation is carried out by combining the uncertainty on both sides of the source load with robust decision theory. The simulation of the arithmetic example verifies the economic and low-carbon nature of the developed model and its ability to reduce the amount of wind abandonment.
