I. Introduction
With the gradual depletion of fossil energy resources, and the gradual increase in environmental awareness, the conventional energy supply-demand structure only depended on fuel-based resources needs to be changed [1], [2]. The integrated energy system (IES) combined heating and power networks is regarded as a potential manner to increase the efficiency of energy utilization. Therefore, it can raise the economic economy and decrease the carbon emission, simultaneously. Because of the great performances, IES has received wide attention in recent years.
