I. Introduction
With a high proportion of new energy access and the application of large-scale power electronic equipment, the primary side of the grid voltage will show a wide dynamic, fast time-varying characteristics[1] [2]. At present, there is a lack of effective means of monitoring the new characteristics of voltage in new power systems, and the methods of analyzing complex signals are still at the level of harmonic analysis [3]. It can not meet the demand of new power system development for complex signal analysis and measurement, and there is an urgent need to improve the existing measurement technology.
