I. Introduction
Distribution network overhead line erection environment is complex and changeable, the wiring mode is complicated and diverse, vulnerable to strong winds, ice and other unfavorable factors, a serious threat to the stability of distribution network operation and power supply reliability [1]–[4]. In recent years, distribution network overhead line galloping faults occur from time to time, there is an urgent need to carry out targeted research on the characteristics of the distribution network overhead line galloping and preventive measures to further enhance the distribution network disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities, to ensure that the grid continues to provide stable power supply [5]–[6].
