I. Introduction
Computer based model plays a vigorous role in identifying the various visual ailments with the aid of image processing techniques and machine learning algorithms. Considering the multiplicity and intricacy of the various functions of the human eye several algorithms developed for diagnosing the eye for varied ailments. After inspecting the image representing the affected area, some abnormalities may be detected by the proficient medical doyens. Owing to the shortage of doyens also poor set of images with different nature of diseases are really challenging for medical community. In this regard, developing an intelligent system for future generation is really help for the huge population in finding the different eye ailments such as glaucoma, retinopathy, cataract, and pterygium. Due to shortage of eye experts, Vision 2020 is initiated and supported by WHO a global campaign to help blind people [1] particularly the old people with high number of eye diseases in the rural areas of the developing countries. Raising awareness in varied eye ailments helping the people to diagnosis in the early stages and help them in losing the vision. From the data collected by the WHO it is found that major cause of blindness is from the negligence and lack of awareness
