I. Introduction
Recently, the academic community has shown great interest in “Internet of Things (IoTs)”, especially for its potential contributions in personalized recommendation for consumers in the field of E-commerce. This follows from the fact that more and more enterprises are increasingly transforming their concept of marketing from “product orientation” to “customer orientation” in order to achieve greater competitive advantage. Specially, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) can provide affordable and reliable “edge access” in IoTs, wherein large-scale sensor nodes can be randomly “distributed” in the edge region of mobile consumers the enterprises are interested in for real-time collection of the individual and contextual experience information [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]. These potentially highly valuable information will be reliably and periodically reported to the remote fusion center, which may be configured in the fog or cloud. In this work, we will pay our attention towards the decision fusion rule design for the fusion center to improve the reliability of contextual information integration as well as personalized recommendation, while keeping the energy efficiency.
