Abstract:

The main work of a university is teaching and scientific research (SR). In this paper, an optimization model of large-scale SR project management information system (MIS) based on multi-level structure is proposed, and the accumulated SR information is mined by using the technology of association mining, in order to try to find the key factors that affect SR results, and make full use of the advantages of the network, so that the information management of SR projects in the whole school can be realized efficiently and scientifically through the network. The simulation results show that the information mining accuracy of this model is stable around ninety-seven percent, and the real-time wavelength tends to be stable, which is 18.44% higher than the traditional algorithm on average. It can provide scientific basis for leading, organizing, coordinating SR work between teachers and students and making SR decisions. Obtaining scientific basis and enlightenment through data mining (DM) can guide universities to seek reasonable teaching mode and guide teachers and students to carry out effective SR work, which can completely make universities develop healthily and steadily in a good direction.

I. Introduction

The main work of universities is teaching and SR, which promote each other. Teaching is an indispensable part of SR, and the improvement of SR ability will also greatly improve the teaching level of universities [1]. After the teaching management reform of the new credit system, how to effectively analyze and process the teaching information of all students in universities has become a new topic to be studied [2]. The basis of MIS is to collect and summarize the management information in the operation of the organization, and then store, process, analyze and transmit it after informationization, so as to provide information support and management support for the operation and decision-making of the organization [3]. Because each application system adopts different databases and technical routes, there is no unified and standard architecture among application systems. The degree of data standardization is not high, there is no unified data center, and there is a lack of effective planning and overall design of redundant disaster backup for all scientific management data [4]. If we can build an online information management platform to realize the dynamic management of the information of the teaching and research section and publish the information on the network in time and accurately, it will not only facilitate other universities, SR institutions and enterprises to understand the dynamics of the teaching and research section, but also increase the interoperability and cooperation between schools and enterprises, and help students to accurately choose tutors according to their respective research interests [5]–[6].
