I. Introduction
Technological surveillance is being widely used today, for several reasons, one of the most important is the sudden change that is taking place in terms of new technologies that are being pres ented and adopted in the us e in different areas, the case of communications technologies is pointed out, in s ome cities far fro m the big capitals, are ins taIling 4G technology for mobile telephony, but in major cities already have 5Gtechnology, another similar case are in those related to the area of health, where there are technologies that allow obtaining information from people, both invasive and non-invasive, such as medical diagnostic imaging equipment, laboratory equipment for blood analysis, equipment related to the recovery of patients in physical therapy and rehabilitation services, where there is radiofrequency equipment, ultrasound, electromyography surface among others, which make possible the recovery of the patient [1].
