I. Introduction
Privacy protection in healthcare data involves controlling access to data that the healthcare sector traditionally amasses due to record keeping, compliance, regulatory requirements, and patient care. Although much of this data was once stored in physical form, the trend is shifting toward rapid digitalization. These medical records contain critical patient information, from identity details to health conditions and treatment history. Maintaining comprehensive and secure medical records is essential for delivering high-quality health services. However, the current storage practices, like keeping records on open shelves, make data prone to leakage [1] . Enhancing security around these healthcare data components can significantly improve service quality and reduce costs.
