I. Introduction
As 5G technology continues to develop rapidly, there is an increasing demand for various components to support its high-frequency and high-speed transmission capabilities. Among these components, RF filters play a crucial role in enabling efficient and reliable communication [1], [2]. Accurate and reliable measurements of the components and devices of these devices are essential to ensure optimal system performance. However, conventional vector network analyzer (VNA) systems have been limited to single-user operation, resulting in inefficiencies and increased costs [3]. The high price of VNA equipment, along with its single-user limitation, has slowed the production rate of RF equipment and increased the unit cost of the products.
