I. Introduction
Coal is essential for providing long-term power to sustain the steady development of the global economy [1]. Ensuring safe coal mining is of utmost importance for China, as it is the world’s largest coal producer and consumer [2]. The environment of coal mining is considered harsh and dangerous [3]. According to the statistics of the China State Mine Safety Administration, there were 168 coal mine accidents and 245 deaths in China in 2022, up 85% and 38% year-on-year respectively. Among them, gas accidents have always been the primary cause of casualties in the coal mine industry [4]. Therefore, in order to protect the life and property safety of coal miners, it is necessary to intelligently supervise the gas content. Among them, the simulation and early warning of gas concentration are considered crucial [5].
