I. Introduction
Integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) has attracted much attention in future wireless networks due to its wide application scenarios such as autonomous driving, indoor localization, and extended reality (XR). Sharing the same frequency band and hardware platform, ISAC is designed to perform joint sensing and communication to enhance the spectral efficiency (SE) and reduce hardware costs [1]. One of the key challenges of ISAC is the waveform design. In [2], the authors investigated both separated and shared deployment for radar and communication antennas. Authors in [3] maximized the minimum received signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio (SINR) in a joint radar and communication system with constraint on the radar sensing performance.
