Abstract:

China strives to reach the peak of carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. This article explores the future transformation of China’s energy consumption structure to promote the sustainable development of China’s economy, energy, and environment under multi-objective constraints. In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, energy consumption in the production process of enterprises is an important carbon emission channel. Measuring the energy consumption of enterprises and ensuring the safety of measurement data is one of the important work contents in low-carbon environmental management. How to ensure the energy consumption data security is an important issue. This article designs a data sharing system based on blockchain that can achieve data sharing while ensuring data security.

I. Introduction

It was pointed out that addressing climate change is the minimum action required to protect the earth, and countries must take decisive steps in Xi Jinping’s speec. The management of a low-carbon environment is a multi-objective optimization process. After the concept of low-carbon economy was proposed, relevant theoretical research and technological innovation continued to emerge, but energy issues varied due to different regions and time periods. Our country has a large population, high energy consumption per unit of GDP, and a relatively single energy structure. Therefore, some advanced concepts and research achievements of developed countries are not applicable in our country. To solve the special energy problems faced by our country, we must combine our own development situation to build a more reasonable energy structure system [1]. The research of this article is based on the study of energy structure and low-carbon, exploring low-carbon environmental management from multiple objective constraints such as economy, society, and energy, in order to find a more reasonable energy structure system.
