Introduction
Satellite communication has become increasingly popular in recent years due to its ability to integrate with traditional terrestrial-based wireless communications to realize seamless global coverage. For instance, geostationary orbits (GEOs) are a popular option, as three such satellites can provide customers and ground stations with continuous, stationary service. Recently, the number of non-geostationary orbit satellites, the operating speed of which may be up to 25,000 km/h, has also increased significantly, leading to the fact that outer space is becoming increasingly crowded and hazardous [1]. Subsequently, it is difficult to communicate efficiently with the intended user in such a complex and high-varying outer space.
