I. Introduction
Microgrid (MG), is a small-scale electrical distribution network at the low voltage (LV) and/or medium voltage (MV) level that includes distributed generation (DG) units and various loads at the distribution voltage level [1]. Generators or micro-resources used in microgrids are usually renewable/distributed energy resources (RERs/DERs) and should be equipped and controlled with electronic power converters to ensure performance as an integrated system while maintaining power quality [2]. MGs can have original structures for accessing resources and configuring the system. Hence, their influence on the system's reliability, as well as on each other, should be studied [3].
