Abstract:

High voltage power equipment is widely used, and its operation status is directly related to safe and stable operation of the power grid system. At present, gas insulation technology is widely used for UHV power equipment, including SF6 gas insulation, SF6/N2 mixed gas insulation or new environment-friendly gas insulation materials. The above gas insulation materials will undergo gas decomposition during operation, producing H2S, H2O, CO2 and other decomposed gas components. At present, chemical sensor detection method is used for gas composition analysis. With continuous development of computer three-dimensional vision imaging sensing technology, computer vision imaging technology will be applied to monitor the operation status of high-voltage power equipment from two perspectives: 1) First, computer vision three-dimensional imaging technology will be applied to realize 3D configuration of typical main equipment of UHV converter station, and the digital twinning model of GIS/GIL high-voltage composite electrical equipment will be established. Further, the optical microscopy strategy is applied to analyze performance characteristics of high-voltage main equipment materials, and the relationship between thermal conductivity, the loss tangent, the dielectric constant and other performance parameters with temperature is obtained. 2) A gas sensing monitoring unit is designed using the computer vision technology. Each unit reflects the light in the cavity multiple times through the Lambert Beer's law, and receives the optical signal through the computer vision sensor. The noise is filtered by the weighted polynomial fitting smoothing digital filtering algorithm, namely Savitzky-Golay filtering, to achieve high-precision online monitoring of gas composition. In this paper, the structure of pure fiber laser detection system is effectively designed. The computer three-dimensional imaging unit is designed as sensor in the detection process of micro-water H2O and HF gas, whic...

I. Introduction

There are many equipment in UHV power system, including the transmission lines, power equipment and other specific power equipment[1]. At present, the operation status of most power equipment in the process of operation is generally determined by measuring the physical parameters such as voltage and current separately [2]–[4]. For example, operation status of power equipment is determined by analyzing the gas component content of power equipment through optical detection, including SF6 gas component content detection and transformer oil content detection. For the detection of SF6 gas composition content, for typical main equipment of UHV converter station shown in Figure 1, there are many data points that can be monitored on its surface, and each grid location is a data monitoring point. If tens of thousands of sensors are installed on its surface, it will require many post-processing modules to be carried out in parallel.
