I. Introduction
There are many equipment in UHV power system, including the transmission lines, power equipment and other specific power equipment[1]. At present, the operation status of most power equipment in the process of operation is generally determined by measuring the physical parameters such as voltage and current separately [2]–[4]. For example, operation status of power equipment is determined by analyzing the gas component content of power equipment through optical detection, including SF6 gas component content detection and transformer oil content detection. For the detection of SF6 gas composition content, for typical main equipment of UHV converter station shown in Figure 1, there are many data points that can be monitored on its surface, and each grid location is a data monitoring point. If tens of thousands of sensors are installed on its surface, it will require many post-processing modules to be carried out in parallel.
