Research on Multi-Objective Job Shop Scheduling of Intelligent Manufacturing System Based on Machine Learning Algorithm

The research of job shop scheduling not only has important theoretical value, but also has practical significance. Intelligent manufacturing can partially replace human mental labor in the manufacturing process and make production intelligent, efficient and personalized. It is the development trend of manufacturing industry in the future. Workshop production scheduling is the basic content of intelligent manufacturing system. Theoretically, production management can be solved by scheduling orders. However, the actual production environment is complex and changeable, and there are many unpredictable factors. Therefore, various real-time dynamic events often occur, such as equipment failure, emergency order insertion, order cancellation, etc. it can be seen that the actual production system has essentially uncertain and dynamic characteristics. The main method of this paper is to analyze and solve the problem of human learning by using computer learning algorithm. In the current big data environment, machine learning pays more attention to the means and significance of learning. Machine learning will become a widely respected and applied learning and service technology.

I. Introduction

With the progress and development of society, low-cost labor has gradually become a scarce resource. The traditional manufacturing industry is facing the difficulty of increasing labor cost [1]. With the increase of labor, rent and raw material costs, the profitability of manufacturing enterprises has become more and more difficult. Workshop scheduling is to make timely and correct response to various dynamic events faced by the workshop, so that the production of the workshop can be coordinated, orderly and optimized [2]. With the intensification of market competition and the acceleration of product renewal, modern manufacturing is facing the challenges of single piece, small batch, personalized customization and other production methods. Enterprises must quickly respond to the changes of the market and optimize the job shop scheduling according to the order situation. Therefore, agile manufacturing, just in time (it) manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing and other production modes came into being. As the basis of manufacturing system, optimizing production scheduling is the core content of modern manufacturing technology and management. Workshop production scheduling is the basis of manufacturing system, and the optimization of production scheduling is the core technology of advanced manufacturing technology and modern management technology [3]. At this stage, the international society of production engineering has put forward 40 advanced manufacturing modes, but no matter which one is put forward with optimizing production scheduling as the core. Therefore, in order to optimize the management level of Chinese enterprises, we must develop production scheduling technology with Chinese characteristics. Job shop scheduling for intelligent manufacturing has gradually become a research hotspot in manufacturing industry in recent years [4]. Because the production workshops of different types of manufacturing enterprises have different characteristics, and the scheduling of various machines, personnel, logistics, inventory and other production elements is also different, the production scheduling of workshops can only be completed by manual experience for a long time.
