Abstract:
In this paper, according to the thermal principle, the incineration technology of rotary kiln was analyzed. The amount of flue gas burned in the rotary kiln is calculated. On this basis, the structural parameters of rotary kiln were calculated. The combustion simulation of the design model was carried out through the actual engineering case, and the comparative analysis with the actual case was carried out. The results show that the aspect ratio of the rotary kiln is one of the main factors affecting the combustion effect of the rotary kiln, and L/D=13/2.1 is economically reasonable. After continuous incineration, the reduction rate of slag ignition is less than 5%, the removal rate of fly ash is more than 99.99%, and the flue gas was discharged up to the standard.
