I. Introduction
Along with the development of the power system, more and more importance is attached to its reliability and reduction of installation costs, which is why we can observe a trend towards the introduction of smart transmission grids. They are aimed at reducing the consumption of electricity, ensuring safe transmission and distribution of this energy and adapting to the needs of consumers, ensuring high quality indicators. An example of such an implementation can be found in the article [1], describing a pilot project of building a smart power grid. The trend is also visible in industrial installations, where energy consumption measurement systems are used more and more often and are optimized in relation to this indicator.
