1. Introduction
The application of 3D object detection mainly focuses on robots and automatic driving direction. In recent years, compared with 3D object detection, 2D object detection tends to mature and the arrangement of image pixels is tight and orderly. 3D point cloud data has problems such as disorder and sparsity. Therefore, 3D object detection will have problems such as irregular data format, inadequate spatial feature acquisition, and inaccurate prediction results.
