1 Introduction
The main objective of output tracking is to find a control such that the performance output of the control plant can track the reference signal in the presence of disturbance. Due to its own complexity and the wide range of applications, the tracking problem of partial differential equation systems has been extensively studied in recent years based on internal model principle(IMP), such as [1]–[4]. Those works build a theoretical framework that extends the classical IMP [5] to infinite-dimensional PDE systems where external signals are usually assumed to be generated by finite-dimensional exosystems.
