I. Introduction & Literature Review
In today's society, mental health chatbots are not a novel concept. It is a general element to seek help from a chatbot rather than a counselor or therapist. Depression, bipolar affective disorder, schizophrenia and other psychoses, dementia, intellectual disabilities, and developmental diseases such as autism are among the mental disorders listed by the WHO. These disorders are distinguished by aberrant thoughts, perceptions, emotions, and behavioral patterns. Mental health, just as much as physical health is an important factor in one’s wellbeing. Some would even argue that the mental health aspect of an individual should be given even more attention than their physical health, as it is not a visible ailment to one, but one that could be brewing internally over time. The emotional and mental health of an individual plays a major role in affecting their decisions, their everyday activities, and their general wellbeing [1]. The demand for trustworthy and precise diagnosis has led to the development of a new generation of healthcare technology known as the Medical Chatbot.
