Abstract:

An express package disinfection control system is studied in this paper. STM32 single chip microcomputer as the control core, the use of ultrasonic detection technology to detect the status of the package, then disinfectant spray disinfection, and then into the disinfection cabinet, the use of big data cloud computing disinfection time and disinfection strength finally UV sterilization. The combination of disinfectant spray and ultraviolet disinfection for the express package disinfection, greatly improving the quality of the express package disinfection.

I. Introduction

The ravages of the epidemic have increased people's awareness of the environment, and at the same time, the further development of online shopping has led to a dramatic increase in the volume of express packages. The present express package disinfection methods mainly include artificial spraying disinfectant, ultraviolet disinfection and ozone disinfection. Through research, now most of the way to take a single manual spraying disinfectant disinfection, which not only increases the labor intensity, but also may damage the package, and a single disinfection method disinfection is not thorough. Based on this situation, the system adopts a two-stage disinfection method: automatic spraying disinfectant disinfection before sorting, big data is used to analyze the rules of user pickup after packaging into the cabinet, according to the rules of the corresponding cloud computing, and then the formula is fitted to formulate the corresponding UV disinfection time and disinfection intensity.
