Abstract:

In this paper, the direct power injection (DPI) method is used to explore the electromagnetic interference susceptibility of a classic communication circuit board. According to the experimental procedure, a movable experimental platform is built, mainly for the injection of radio frequency interference signal to the power supply (VDD) pin and local area network (LAN) port pin of the device under test (DUT). RF interference signals are injected into the pins to be tested, and it is judged whether the device under test (DUT) is faulty by monitoring the interference voltage at the pin under test and observing the state of the communication transmission interface on the PC side. According to the experimental results, the immunity of the board to be tested is analyzed and evaluated.

I. Introduction

At present, with the rapid development of electronic communication equipment, electronic communication systems in smart devices need to communicate efficiently. Nowadays, the application of electronic communication equipment in the fields of automobile, aviation and industry. However, the development of various networks and the generation of noise from smart devices, so its frequency range has expanded. Therefore, communication systems are subject to interference in complex electromagnetic environments. That cause the reliability and security of the communication system extremely important.
